Shipping costs range depending on your location. Please call for shipping rates for international orders.Orders typically take 10-21 business days depending on the carrier.

*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Return Policy


You may return any unopened merchandise (except in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 3 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less any shipping charges.
We charge a 25% restocking fee for any and all merchandise returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Hair care & Lotions or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

all returns must be shipped back to Paris Perfumes using a traceable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by Parisperfumebych.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

If your package is returned to Parisperfumebych.com marked, as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.
